Since 2012, Midlakes Sales has been providing everything you need to maintain, improve, and love your Finger Lakes home or property.

Midlakes Sales is a full-service hardware store and lumber supplier for contractors and homeowners in and around Seneca & Cayuga Lake. We work with people just like you: DIYers, weekend warriors, farmers, contractors, hobbyists, business owners, and more.

Twelve years ago when we first started Midlakes Sales, we primarily served contractors in the area. In 2015, we built our 12,000 square foot full-service hardware store to make getting what you need easier and faster and in 2018 we expanded our outdoor lumber yard. In 2022, in an effort to cut down on ordering lead times, we began manufacturing metal roofing trim, and in the summer of 2023 we began manufacturing our own metal roofing.

Today, our store is the Finger Lakes’ choice for hardware, plumbing, electrical, roofing, tools, and building supplies. We know you have choices when it comes to hardware stores, but our customers do come back for a reason: quality products in a family-oriented atmosphere with one-on-one service from knowledgeable salespeople.
